The following policies apply to all listings submitted to Loafed Rentals. We reserve the right to review, approve, request changes to, or reject any listing based on these policies. Before submitting a listing, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided complies with our Listing Policies and accurately represents the rental being advertised.

If your listing is rejected, you may review the reason for rejection, make the necessary changes, and resubmit your listing for review. All notifications regarding the approval or rejection of your listing will be sent to the email address associated with your Loafed Rentals account.

Loafed Rentals Listing Policies

Please read them carefully before submitting a listing.

1. Accurate and Honest Listings

All information provided in a listing must be accurate, truthful, and representative of the actual rental being offered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Rental type.
Description.
Location.
Price.
Features and specifications.
Rental terms.
Availability.

Listings must not contain information that could intentionally or unintentionally mislead potential renters.

2. Photos Must Represent the Actual Rental

Every listing must include at least one clear photo of the actual rental being advertised.

Photos must:

Clearly represent the rental being offered.
Be relevant to the listing.
Not intentionally hide or misrepresent the condition of the rental.
Not be stolen or copied from another person’s listing.
Not be altered in a way that significantly misrepresents the rental.

🚫 AI-Generated Images Are Strictly Prohibited

Loafed Rentals does not permit AI-generated images, AI-generated posters, or AI-generated promotional graphics to be used as listing images.

This includes images created or significantly generated using artificial intelligence, including images that make a rental appear different from its actual appearance. This policy exists to help protect our users from misleading listings, fraudulent activity, and unnecessary hassle. Renters should be able to see genuine images of the rental they are considering.

Any listing found to contain AI-generated images or AI-generated promotional material will be automatically rejected and deleted by our system, without the opportunity to edit or revise that listing. The Rental Owner may submit a new listing, provided that all images and content comply with these policies and contain no AI-generated imagery.

3. Right to Advertise

You must have the legal right, ownership, authorization, or permission to advertise the rental you submit.

You may not submit a rental on behalf of another person or business without appropriate permission.

4. Honest Pricing

The price displayed on a listing must accurately represent the rental cost.

Listings must not:

Advertise an intentionally misleading price.
Display an unusually low price simply to attract attention and then provide a different price to renters.
Hide mandatory rental costs from the advertised price or description.

5. Prohibited Listings

The following types of listings are not permitted:

Fake or fraudulent rental listings.
Rentals that you do not have permission to advertise.
Illegal goods, services, or activities.
Prohibited goods or services.
Listings intended to scam, deceive, or defraud users.
Listings containing false or intentionally misleading information.
Duplicate listings for the same rental.
Listings containing offensive, threatening, or discriminatory content.
Listings containing inappropriate or unrelated material.
Spam or listings primarily intended to advertise unrelated businesses or services.

6. Listing Ownership

You are responsible for the information, photos, and other content submitted with your listing.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

The information provided is truthful and accurate.
You have permission to advertise the rental.
You have the right to use the photos and other content submitted.
The listing complies with these policies.

7. Listing Review

All listings are reviewed by the Loafed Rentals team before being published.

A listing may be:

Approved: The listing meets our policies and may be published.

Rejected for Changes: The listing contains an issue that can be corrected. You may make the necessary changes and resubmit it.

Rejected and Deleted: Serious policy violations may result in the listing being rejected and deleted without an opportunity to edit or revise the original listing.

This includes, but is not limited to, AI-generated images or promotional graphics, fraudulent listings, stolen images, deceptive information, and other serious violations.

8. Our Right to Reject or Remove Listings

Loafed Rentals reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these policies or that we reasonably believe may be misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful to users.

We may also take action against listings that are not specifically described in these policies if we believe they present a significant risk to the Loafed Rentals community.

9. Protecting Our Users

These policies are designed to help maintain a trustworthy marketplace and reduce the risk of users encountering fake rentals, misleading advertisements, fraudulent listings, or unnecessary hassle.

However, approval of a listing does not guarantee the accuracy, condition, availability, ownership, or legitimacy of the rental. Renters are encouraged to independently verify rental details and agree on payment and rental arrangements directly with the Rental Owner before making any payment.

By submitting a listing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Listing Policies.
